A man falling out from an ambulance

sometimes having free health care is not all that great … this crazy video shows a man falling out of an ambulance in a Moscow tunnel. it takes a good minute for anybody to actually stop and see why there’s a man lying in the middle of a 3 lane tunnel … & it takes the ambulance a good 3 minutes to realize that they lost their passenger!
